About Perri
I believe therapy begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself. Creating a warm space, free of judgement, is at the heart of my practice.
It is a genuine privilege to hear people's stories and to be invited into such personal parts of their lives. I don't see my role as having all the answers. Instead, I see myself as a guide, helping you better understand yourself, make sense of what's happening, and discover new ways of moving forward.
I am a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist working with adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma-related concerns, life transitions, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and self-understanding. My developmental lens means I consider the experiences, relationships, and environments that have shaped who you are today, while also supporting growth and change in the present.
I work with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals from a strengths-based, affirming perspective. My approach draws on EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals.
